Accessibility Statement
The HTML pages are designed to support WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Downloadable documents and course materials are included in the same accessibility commitment, with accessible alternatives available on request.
Commitment
Daniel Martin is committed to making this website and its posted materials accessible to students, colleagues, and members of the public. The site is built with semantic HTML, keyboard-accessible navigation, high-contrast text, responsive layouts, descriptive link text, and no required client-side scripts.
Documents and Course Materials
UCSB digital accessibility requirements apply to websites, PDFs, course materials, and other digital documents. Downloadable papers, syllabi, slides, data files, and replication files linked from this site should be reviewed for accessible structure, readable text, document titles, logical reading order, and meaningful alternative text where images are present.
If any linked document is not usable with your assistive technology, or if you need an alternate format, please contact danielmartin [at] ucsb [dot] edu.
If immediate remediation is not possible for a document, I will provide an equally effective alternative format while the file is being reviewed or remediated.
Feedback
Please include the page URL, the name of the document or resource, and a brief description of the access barrier. I will work to provide the material in an accessible format.
Reference Standard
This site is maintained with reference to UCSB Digital Accessibility guidance and WCAG 2.1 Level AA.
